Red Light Therapy
Red and near-infrared light for home use, from the cordless Aura Mini and hands-free Auracell belt to full-body A Series and S Series panels.
Red light therapy at home
Red light therapy, also called photobiomodulation, uses specific wavelengths of red (around 630 to 660nm) and near-infrared (around 810 to 850nm) light. Researchers have studied it for muscle performance and recovery, and many people now use it as part of their routine after training or to wind down in the evening. Read our beginner's guide to red light therapy for an honest look at the evidence.
