Every ThermoLab device you buy from Recover Better comes with a 3-year UK warranty from the date of delivery. If something goes wrong because of a manufacturing fault, we'll put it right.
What's covered
- Faults in materials or workmanship that appear under normal home use
- Electrical and electronic components, including steam generators, controllers, LEDs and heating elements
- Repair or replacement of the faulty part or product, at our discretion, at no cost to you
What isn't covered
- Accidental damage, misuse, or damage caused by not following the instructions
- Commercial or clinical use, unless agreed with us in writing
- Normal wear and tear to soft parts such as covers, liners, zips and straps
- Limescale damage to steam generators that haven't been descaled
- Cosmetic marks that don't affect how the product works
- Products that have been modified or repaired by someone other than us or the manufacturer
How to make a claim
- Contact us with your order number, the product and a short description of the problem.
- Include photos or a short video if you can. It often lets us fix things remotely.
- We'll reply within one working day with next steps, which may include troubleshooting, a replacement part or a collection.
Your legal rights
This warranty is in addition to your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, which aren't affected. Under the Act, goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If they're not, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund. You can find more information from Citizens Advice.
