PEMF Therapy Mats
Pulsed electromagnetic field (PEMF) therapy for home, with the full-body ThermoLab PEMF Crystal Mat.
What is a PEMF mat?
PEMF stands for pulsed electromagnetic field. A PEMF mat contains coils that produce a gentle, pulsing magnetic field at a frequency you choose, while you lie on it on your bed, sofa or floor. PEMF has been studied in clinical settings for many years and is an area of ongoing research, so we'd always suggest reading the evidence and speaking to your GP if you have a medical condition.
The ThermoLab PEMF Crystal Mat
The PEMF Crystal Mat runs four coils along its 190 × 80cm length, with adjustable sine-wave pulses from 1 to 30Hz set from a handheld controller. A layer of tourmaline, white crystal and amethyst sits on top. Each mat is made to order and dispatched within 4 to 6 weeks.
Who shouldn't use PEMF?
Do not use a PEMF mat if you have a pacemaker or other implanted electronic device, are pregnant, or have epilepsy, unless your doctor says it's safe. Our guide PEMF therapy explained covers how it works and how people use it at home.
