Delivery and orders

How much does UK delivery cost?

Delivery is free to UK addresses, with no minimum spend. Every order is sent tracked, and you will get an email with your tracking link as soon as it ships.

How long will my order take to arrive?

In-stock items usually arrive within 3 to 5 working days of being dispatched. Some products are made to order or on pre-order, such as the PEMF Crystal Mat (dispatched in 4 to 6 weeks), the A400 panel (dispatched within 10 days) and the AuraSnooze sleep covers. The expected dispatch time is always shown on the product page before you buy.

Where do you deliver?

We deliver to addresses across the UK. Orders to the Scottish Highlands, islands and Northern Ireland can take a little longer. We do not currently ship outside the UK.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Yes, as long as it has not been dispatched. Contact us with your order number as soon as possible and we will update or cancel it for a full refund.

Returns and warranty

What is your returns policy?

If you change your mind, you can return an unused device within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price. It needs to be complete, with all accessories and manuals, and securely packed. You also have a legal right to cancel within 14 days of delivery. Read the full returns policy.

Who pays for return postage?

For change-of-mind returns, return postage is paid by you. If an item arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, we cover the cost of returning it and will arrange a repair, replacement or refund.

What does the 3-year warranty cover?

Every ThermoLab device comes with a 3-year UK warranty against manufacturing faults under normal home use. It does not cover accidental damage, misuse or normal wear to soft parts such as covers and liners. See the warranty page for details and how to make a claim.

My device arrived damaged or is not working. What should I do?

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery if anything arrives damaged, with your order number and a few photos. For a fault that appears later, get in touch with a short description or video and we will sort it out under your warranty.

Payment

Which payment methods do you accept?

You can pay with all major debit and credit cards, as well as express checkout options such as Apple Pay and Google Pay where your device supports them. Your payment is processed securely and we never see your full card details.

Can I pay in instalments?

Yes. Choose Klarna at checkout to split your order into three interest-free payments. 18+, UK residents only, subject to status. Klarna Pay in 3 is an unregulated credit agreement. Borrowing more than you can afford or paying late may negatively impact your financial status and ability to obtain credit.

Are your prices in pounds and do they include VAT?

Yes. All prices are shown in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. There are no extra charges at checkout for UK delivery.

Choosing a device

Should I choose a steam sauna or a sauna blanket?

A portable steam sauna gives you a humid, spa-style session sitting or standing, with your head inside or out. An infrared sauna blanket gives dry, deep heat while you lie down and packs away smaller. Our guide to steam saunas vs sauna blankets compares them side by side.

Which size red light panel do I need?

Match the panel to the area you want to cover. For the face or one area at a time, the cordless Aura Mini, Aura Pro 300W or A60 are ideal. For the chest, back or legs, choose an A80, A160 or S1000. To cover most or all of the body in one session, go for an A320, A400, S2000 or larger.

What is the difference between the A Series and S Series?

A Series panels use five wavelengths (630, 660, 810, 830 and 850nm) and come with a remote and Wi-Fi app, pulse mode and a dimmer. S Series panels use two wavelengths (660nm red and 850nm near-infrared) and come in larger formats, up to 1,000 LEDs, for full-body and professional setups.

How often should I use red light therapy?

ThermoLab recommends 10 to 20 minute sessions, three to five times a week, with the panel 15 to 30cm from bare skin. Consistency matters more than session length, so start short and build a routine you can keep.

How much space does a home steam sauna need?

The Pop-Up Steam Sauna needs roughly the floor space of a chair and sets up in about two minutes without tools. The 6FT Pro is tall enough to stand in and takes around five minutes to set up. Both fold flat into a carry bag when you are done.

Safety and care

Are heat and light therapy safe to use at home?

Our devices are designed for home use, with timers, auto shut-off and clear instructions. Stay hydrated, avoid alcohol before and during heat sessions and stop if you feel dizzy or unwell. If you are pregnant, have a heart condition, low or high blood pressure, an implanted medical device such as a pacemaker, or any other health concerns, speak to your GP before you start.

Do I need to wear goggles for red light therapy?

Yes. Red light panels are bright, so always wear the blackout goggles provided and never stare directly into the LEDs.

How do I clean my sauna or sauna blanket?

Wipe the inside of a steam sauna or sauna blanket with a damp cloth and mild soap after use, and leave it open to dry fully before folding it away. The sauna blanket cotton insert can go in the washing machine at 30°C.
