Choosing a portable steam sauna
A portable steam sauna gives you the heat and humidity of a spa steam room in the corner of a bedroom, garage or garden room. A steam generator outside the tent heats water and feeds steam into an insulated cabin, so you can sit back with your head inside or out and enjoy a deep, relaxing sweat.
Pop-Up or 6FT Pro?
The Pop-Up Home Steam Sauna is the compact choice. You sit on the included chair, it needs roughly the floor space of an armchair and it sets up in about two minutes. The 6FT Pro is tall enough to stand, stretch or sit in, with a more powerful 1200W generator for a bigger cabin.
Steam plus infrared
Both models add a built-in 850nm near-infrared LED panel, so you get gentle infrared light alongside the steam. Add a few drops of eucalyptus or lavender oil to the aroma cup for a fresher or calmer session.
How to use it
